Yes, Most villas in our collection require a 3-4 night minimum stay, depending on the property.
We accept wire transfers and credit card payments.
In order to book and hold your reservation, we must receive a deposit of 50% of the rental total amount. The remaining 50% should be paid at least 60 days before the agreed arrival date. In case the reservation is confirmed less than 60 days before the arrival date the total amount of the reservation plus the security deposit should be paid in full. During the Holiday season, the number of days increases to 90.
Currently, we do not have any discounts or special offers available for longer stays or repeat guests.
When booking a property, an 18% government tax is applied to all listings. Additionally, some properties may charge extra fees for specific amenities or services. It's important to read listing details and terms for full cost understanding.
While not an obligatory fee, we highly recommend honoring the efforts of our carefully selected villa staff and concierge, who are dedicated to ensuring your vacation is enjoyable and well-serviced. A suggested tip of at least 5-10% of the total rental amount is greatly appreciated to acknowledge their hard work and commitment.
For All guests staying in Casa de Campo there is an additional registration fee. The resort registration fee is a charge that visitors who have rented villas or apartments privately must pay to gain access to Casa de Campo and use of the resort’s facilities, and it’s not included in the villa’s rental rate. The fee is charged as follows: * USD$25 per adult per night (adult = all persons over the age of 12 years) * USD$12 per child per night (child = age 4 to 12 years) * FREE – children under the age of 4 years
For cancellations made with at least 60 days' notice before the check-in date, we will provide a 50% reimbursement of the total rental amount. It's important to be aware that exceptions apply during the super-high [Holiday] season, and refunds may not be available, although this policy can vary depending on the specific villa.
Yes, we require a security deposit, often equivalent to the price of one night's stay. However, this can vary for each villa.
In case any damage is made to the Property, the value of the goods or repairs will be deducted from the deposit in case the damage is equal or less than the amount of the deposit.
For all our listings, there is no additional cleaning fee whatsoever. The total price you see already includes all associated costs. Feel confident knowing that there are no extra charges for cleaning.
Please contact our team with your specific requirements, and we'll do our best to accommodate your needs. Standard check-in time begins at 3:00 PM, and check-out is scheduled for 12:00 PM. For late check-outs, we offer flexibility between 12:00 PM and 2:00 PM. Please note, staying beyond 3:00 PM will be considered an additional night's stay.

While the rental rate does not include the cost of food, rest assured that your dedicated concierge will take care of all the grocery shopping for you. To book our Luxury Vacation Rentals, the primary renter must be at least 25 years of age. Please note that adults cannot make reservations on behalf of underage guests, and no exceptions will be made to this policy.

Guests should ensure they are dry before entering the home to avoid damage. Complaints must be reported during the stay, as subsequent issues won't be considered. The use of illegal substances, weapons, or bringing unregistered visitors is strictly prohibited. The main renter is responsible for the group's conduct, and any damages incurred.
