Very Basic hotel room like with no cups to drink coffee and no easy way to find a replacement. Was not helpful with response to this. Also insufficient towels were put out so had to locate those. The location was its only positive.
Did not know where towels were. Hot water did not last long. Did not know there would be no cleaning service while staying there. Location excellent.
Shadow Ridge location is perfect; only 200 yards from the lifts and 100 yards from the shuttle & bus stops. MaKay's unit was very nicely furnished, with a genorous walk-in closet and a large jucuzzi tub/shower. The bath towels are the thickest & softest we've ever used. We took advantage of the common spa & sauna room in the basement after skiing each day. We had some minor problems that McKay immediately responded and took care of. This place is a larger and much better value than one in the Mountain Village.

Awesome spot! Hit the Sundance film fest and skied in the morning! Right from the unit!
