Vistay’s place is a great accommodation for our 2 families to stay while visiting Utah. It provides everything we need. Beautiful view of moon rise and sun rise can be seen from the house. We are thankful for Vistay to share the house with us

Great vista views overlookig Panguitch Lake. Although not a problem with our rig, the steep access driveway could be a challenge as described in posting during snow or wet days, but everything in the home was first class.

Very nice cabin with a beautiful view from the hill. Host was very communicative. Please keep in mind listing recommendations of 4x4. It's a steep climb on a gravel road.

This cabin is an amazing getaway! Always clean and kept very well. I recommend anyone who enjoys the great outdoors with fishing and views that would make your friends a little jelly.

A great stay near the lake, the cabin has everything you need and was exactly as described.

A beautiful and unique spot suitable for relaxation and enjoying the atmosphere. Definitely to have all-wheel drive (AWD) vehicle to navigate through; otherwise it can be challenging.

Highly recommend 4 wheel drive vehicle to get up the switchbacks to the cabin. Not absolutely necessary in summer months, but definitely made it easier. Great view great location. Very quiet and peaceful. We enjoyed our stay, caught lots of fish, slept great, and enjoyed the views in the mornings and evenings. Will definitely come back

Panguitch Lake is a beautiful spot and "the Perch" has one of the best possible views. We enjoyed sitting on the deck and looking out at the lake and occasionally, the wildlife. We had deer near the cabin more than once which is always fun. Driveway and road to driveway are steep but no problem in summer. Winter, you would definitely want 4-wheel drive. We'll be back.

Lovely home, very clean, wonderful bedding, comfortable beds, high quality furnishings and finishes throughout. The water pressure is very poor and the ice maker was not working. I messaged management and learned it was just discovered the day of our arrival so I bought ice trays when we went out. It’s a good distance to the nearest store which we knew and chose this place for its remoteness. The driveway is steep but 4WD is not needed when it’s dry and no snow. It is hard to watch the living room tv when there’s any daylight as the high windows don’t have coverings creating a glare. We did enjoy our stay. We probably wouldn’t stay again but only because we have kids who would enjoy more land to explore at the property. If that’s not important to you, this is a great place to stay.

This is the second time I've stayed at the Perch, McKay was always responsive and helpful both stay's, I look forward to making a third trip in the future.

Host was very responsive, and gave us an upgrade. The property was in excellent condition, with an unmatched view of the lake.

We made some great memories at this beautiful cabin. There were a few hiccups because of weather and the last guest being able to check out. McKay worked with us to make things go as smoothly as possible. Please don't ignore the notes that this needs a 4-wheel drive and possibly chains in the winter. Even with 4WD we were sliding down the driveway a bit. You won't want to bring a trailer up the driveway at all especially in the winter. The corners are also tight. You will have to find a place to park it which could prove to be a challenge. We discovered that the resort may have paid trailer parking as an option if you call ahead and they have space. The jetted tub downstairs and steam shower upstairs are great features and it's the perfect setup for a family. The views are incredible. The water pressure isn't the best but that's to be expected to some degree. We stayed warm and the mud room helped keep dirt out of the main cabin which was great. Love that there were cable channels!

This location was unsafe for me and my family including two small children to get to and from which caused great distress and financial pain. The heaters don’t work properly and a very unsafe environment for its guests. Host was misleading, rude, threatening and offered no assistance.

My family and I had a wonderful & unforgettable stay at this cabin. The place is cozy,clean& well kept .The view of the frozen lake is amazing. McKay was very helpful, if you need any advise he is quick to respond. Just note to follow instructions, the location definitely need a 4WD. Highly recommended.

Beautiful location and house. If you’re looking for peace and quiet overlooking a lake then this is your spot. Traveled from California and I thoroughly enjoyed staying here. I’ll certainly be returning in the future. Thanks for a great week!

Great family vacation spot and fishing was good too. House has awesome views, peaceful surroundings and was very clean and welcoming! Saw a group of deer close up, while we enjoyed grilling dinner on the deck. Would definitely book again.

It was a beautiful cabin. The pictures on the listing are very accurate but in real life it’s even better. It’s very clean and open. It wasn’t that expensive for what you get. The owners responded back to every message quickly. Great place to stay and highly recommend.

McKay was great, very helpful and quick to respond. The location, accommodations, directions description were all excellent. The area is very peaceful and surprisingly quiet for being located so close to Panguitch Lake. Nice isolated feeling spot with great panoramic views of the lake and mountains. We would recommend this stay very highly to our best of friends.

We loved this house! It’s so beautiful! Great views of the lake! Super updated and clean! We had a great stay and experience. Only two things to note: Listing says you need 4 wheel drive, you definitely do. All seasons. I thought it was only for the winter months but no. I highly recommend booking this airbnb! My mom stayed at one close and paid almost the same price, hers wasn’t half as nice. The view alone was worth it!
