Trophy Room Retreat - Large Lodge with Hot Tub & Sauna

The place was nice and there was plenty of space. Close to Navajo Lake and Duck Creek Village! Communication with host was great. The funky smell in the basement was bothersome. It was a bummer we weren’t able to use the hot tub due to it being unsanitary with yellow buildup around the rim and water was cloudy. We arrived after our scheduled check in time. However, upon our arrival we found the house was still being cleaned, we had to wait in the car for an hour before we could check in. The house needs some cleaning, there were socks, crumbs and trash under the couches in the living room. Great location overall.

We had an amazing stay at the cabin in Duck Creek Village! The listing was spot on and the house is even more charming in person. It has that cozy mountain vibe that makes you feel right at home and encourages great moments together. We were a group of 6, but the space can easily host up to 15 people. Nestled in nature, it was the perfect getaway for a relaxing and refreshing weekend. The hot tub and sauna were a real highlight — we used them every day to unwind after long hikes in Zion National Park. The host was very kind and proactive, providing us with all the information we needed before the trip and making sure the whole stay was perfect. Truly one of the best Airbnb experiences we have had!

We had our family vacation here and it was great for all ages. Beautiful and quiet area was very nice. This cabin has such a homey feel. Definitely will book this again.

Our family stay was amazing, there was really alot to do on the property to enjoy, from the game room that the kids enjoyed so much to the fire pit set up with the horseshoe game on the side so fun. The memories we built as a family we will cherish for a lifetime. Thank you for hosting us. The cabin is really something else with all the animals. We get right at home. Everything was good, cabin was clean and our host was very responsive. We will definitely be back. Muchas Gracias.

We loved our stay at the cabin! Great place for large groups. Anytime we have a few families traveling together, this will be at the top of our list! Very relaxing.

We stayed at this Cabin for 10+ days while hunting Mount Dutton. The Cabin host was amazing when we wanted to add an additional day or two at a time. The Cabin was very clean. Everything you need is in the Cabin… toiletry, towels, plates, forks, spoons, knives… etc. We enjoyed everything from the coffee maker to the jetted tubs! We appreciated the laundry room and being able to keep our laundry clean. The pool table was a blast!! Our family spent so many laughs around that pool table! The outside decks were amazing!! Our girls got such a kick from watching the neighborhood deer come in and eat from the surrounding neighbors. All in all, we recommend staying at the Trophy Cabin! Every room has their own bathroom and the living room is spacious!! Looking forward to staying at the cabin again!!

great weekend hideaway

My husband and I booked this Cabin for my Mother-in-Laws Birthday. She and my father-in-law NEVER do anything like this, and we thought it was a Great way to show her how much she is Loved and Appreciated! The Cabin is Large/well laid out/sleeps alot of people. There was only the 4 of us ( 6 had to cancel) we didn't use the whole upstairs. What we loved: the location, close to the Village, but privately tucked up on a hill surrounded by gorgeous trees. The semi wrap around porch with its rocking chairs, swing, and ample seating made it the perfect place to begin & end the day. The animals & decor made this feel like a Real Cabin. What could be improved: With the sheer size of this cabin, it needs a bit more attention to the details. A bit better lighting, more of a stocked kitchen, some update pool/ping pong table accessories, and a good dusting. I personally think a few less tropys would be better, but while these last few things shouldn't be a reason not to book, it's honest review.

Cabin is in a quit culdasac. Check in is at 4pm and check out is an early 10 am. Cabin is entirely filled with Taxidermy. Tons and tons of Bambis lol just an FYI. Two masters on the main floor and a loft and two rooms upstairs. Basement is nice an md chilly perfect for the summer with a pool table. The cabin does not have AC. Be mindful of quit hours of 10pm. neighbors will complain

The stay was outstanding! We particularly enjoyed the taxidermy as it was very similar to my home. There was plenty of room for four families and 3 dogs. This property will be our go to place whenever we vacation at Duck Creek!

The home is nice, we really liked the full bathrooms in every room. The home was clean and inviting, the kitchen was well stocked with appliances and dished, it had a really nice long dining room table. The backyard was set up with an abundance of relaxing chairs, a fire pit and a lot of wood; we were out at night looking at stars all 3 days. Stuff that needed attention: The lower level smelled of gas or something like that, the stairway railings and the rails on the deck were loose but the back stairs was the worse, this is a big hazard, especially for kids. The bathroom doors upstairs had locks but could not be locked, the toilet upstairs was not flushing initially and we had to reattach the float chain for it to work. We could not find the TV remote and had a hard time getting answers from our contact. The main room bed I was sleeping in felt like I was sleeping on mattress springs, and the showers (water) took way too long to get warm and ran out quickly. The home was filled with dead animals, my mother found it quite unsettling and some of the kids were afraid of them. All-in-all the place was really nice and we had a good time. We are thinking about going back to Duck Creek next year and will consider this location again.
