MAIN LIVING SPACE Enjoy breathtaking views of the Giant Steps slopes from this cozy 2nd-floor living room, bathed in natural light from its southern exposure. Relax by the wood-burning indoor fireplace, or gather around the smart TV for a movie night. For game enthusiasts, UNO and Yahtzee are available to add some fun to your stay. The private balcony provides a serene space to take in the mountain air. KITCHEN & DINING The fully equipped kitchen offers everything you need to prepare meals, including a drip coffee maker, slow cooker, and waffle maker. Whether you're making a cozy breakfast or a hearty dinner, this kitchen is ready to support your culinary needs. OUTDOOR LIVING Unwind in the shared hot tub, located behind the office, for a relaxing soak after a day of adventures (temperature preset). Enjoy a barbecue on the propane grill, or cozy up by the community fire pit. BEDROOMS Bedroom 1: Queen-size bed Bedroom 2: Queen-size bed Living Room: Queen pull-out sofa for additional sleeping space BATHROOM Bathroom 1: Full bathroom with a tub and shower combination Guests have access to the community fire pit—please be sure to follow all fire pit guidelines for safety. The shared hot tub is available behind the office, providing a relaxing spot to unwind after a day of adventure. COMMUNITY FIRE PIT -Guests have access to several community fire pits, with the closest one located directly below our deck. Firewood is provided across from the office for your convenience. Please follow all fire pit guidelines for safety. 4wd and snow tires or chains highly recommended Dec through end of March or when snow is present.

March 2025 5.00A Snowy Stay — A Poem Review We booked a spot at Brian Head, A cozy place to rest our head. Right across the street—no joke! We watched the skiers as we woke. The slopes in view, the skies so blue, With easy parking (that’s rare too!). The building calm, no noise, no clatter, And clean inside — which really matters. The kitchen stocked, the beds were neat, A comfy place to warm our feet. After skiing hard all day, It felt like home in every way. We laughed, we skied, we ate, we slept, (And maybe down the stairs we crept To grab some snacks at midnight hour— This place had fridge AND microwave power!) So here’s our review, a solid cheer, We’d come back gladly every year. If you need a place to chill and play, Book this spot without delay! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ — Would recommend.
