March 2025 3.50A pleasant unit with good views of Giant Steps area of resort. Positive: Clean and well appointed. Good view of resort. Negative: Two beds located in loft are accessible by ladder. That was difficult with toddlers. Ladder access should be disclosed in property description. Parking was difficult. Minor issue- unit needs more silverware.

February 2025 3.50Our family of 4 had a fun 4 nights in this condo near the Brian Head ski area. Positive: Kitchen was well stocked with utensils, bowls, etc. Hot chocolate and microwavable popcorn was in the unit, which was a nice touch Beautiful views of mountains and stars Clean Quiet condo complex, not many other people staying in the condos during mid February Our teenagers liked the 3rd floor loft, which is accessed by ladder Parowan Market for groceries was great Negative: * Vishay is actually a rental company that answers the phone, I think in another country, and the people at Vishay are reading off of a computer, so they serve as a gatekeeper for the owner and will decide if they need to call the owner to answer your question. Some things they knew and some they didn't know; they were friendly and answered and texted back promptly. * Master bed was somewhat hard with flat hard pillows, IMO. Owner needs to refresh pillows at a minimum. * Lots of unlabeled switches on walls. We accidentally turned on a venting system one day, which started a noisy fan above the 3rd floor beds. When we asked Vishay they didn't know since the person answering has never been to the condo, but Vishay decided our question was not that important and didn't want to ask the owner. We finally figured out it was due to us flipping an unlabeled switch on the wall on second floor. * No central heat. We were fine with the 2 space heaters but that wasn't fully explained at time of rental. * Had to figure out how to turn off downstairs TV since Vishay didn't know and didn't want to ask owner. We had the remote for the Roku-like device but we finally figured out that the TV is turned off with a silver button on the left side of TV, in case you rent this unit. * Wood fireplace was hard to understand- is there a flue? Vishay didn't know. * Listing says "Ski-to-door access is available on-site" which actually means the unit is about a mile away from the Brian Head ski areas but there is a shuttle that can be called. We didn't use the shuttle and had fun, but there's definitely a lack of transparency with that description. * Post rental Vishay started urging us to give them a rating of 10, since they had given us a 10 rating (reciprocal rating request)
