Lakeview Lodge at Panguitch Lake

This was our second time staying here, and we’re already planning to come back for a third next year! The facility is fantastic—clean, well-maintained, and equipped with great amenities. It offers a great view, is close to the lake for fishing, and is centrally located to a variety of other outdoor activities. Highly recommended for anyone looking to enjoy nature with comfort!

Fantastic location for national park hopping! A mouse got into our food, which was a bummer. But overall awesome stay!

Everything was great, the house, views, peaceful, and the deck, just wish we had some deck chairs to sit out and enjoy the views. We really enjoyed our stay, wish it were more days.

The house is in a beautiful location. We enjoyed looking at the lake and watching an eagle in a tree just outside the window. It was a good base location for exploring the area and has a large kitchen which made it easy to cook for our group.

The house was in a very lovely spot, surrounded by woods with mule deer and other wildlife. The road can be a challenge, so you need a good vehicle and a good driver. Quiet and very peaceful, really loved the deck! We slept well in the beds and the bathrooms were very clean and nice. Main space was clean and very large and comfy. The kitchen has lots of space and the cooking we did was easy. Know that there are stairs and two of the four bedrooms are upstairs (which can be accessed from ground level, but not easily if you park in the garage). Also, we had no cell service at all in the area or home, only able to call, email or use the internet through the home’s WiFi. There are nice restaurants in the towns, but they close on the early side and are a 15-30 minute drive from the house. The closest grocery, which closes at 9, is good for making late dinner after a day enjoying Bryce. Overall, a great spot and a comfortable stay!

Beautiful location and lakes, just gorgeous. We were not expecting to see snowfalls, we sure enjoyed the weather. We were all very comfortable and feel at home. We hope to stay here again someday.

Place was great!

It was a perfect place for our vacation with the extended family. everything was just as described. I do recommend to reach the place during day light because we didn't, and it was harder to find (the directions and map were equrarat but it was harder to find the house when it was dark) Overall - We had a blast.

When you have a lot of people you need more coffee cups.

Great stay in this cute cabin! Really enjoyed the big open great room with sweeping views of the valley and lake! The owners were extremely responsive and helpful, even when we wanted to add two additional people to the reservation. The cabin is well equipped with everything you need, including plenty of space heaters for the cold winters. Thank you for a great stay!

Great place to stay, perfect for family trip

The heater did not work . It was 46 degrees inside the house. Texted the host did not respond until the next day. There was no propane in the heating system. We could not sleep all not. We had to go find wood so we can use the fireplace so at least we can leave in the morning. Horrible experience.

Amazing views! The cabin was incredibly cozy and well outfitted. You will need four-wheel-drive if you are coming here in the winter and even in the spring; in March, we had 8 inches of snow and could barely get up to the driveway! But the Airbnb description was accurate and we would recommend this to anybody who wants a quiet cozy stay near a beautiful lake

This was our second time staying at this cabin. We first stayed for our Babymoon, and this time we got to bring our little bundle of joy along with us. The cabin was so peaceful, had everything we needed to cook, and our dogs had a wonderful second stay here as well. We loved making memories here. The only thing I suggest is bringing lots of activities, the tv wouldn’t work for us no matter what we did. All in all, an amazing stay.

I stay in this cabin community every year, in different cabins. This takes the leaderboard for accessibility. I recommend this stay. Clean, and easy to follow instructions. Great views, and spacious.

The cabin and its location are fantastic. The scenery is amazing and the surrounding area is beautiful, especially the lake. Very close to national parks, forests, trails and skiing. Communicating with the host was easy as they are very responsive. The only thing to be aware of is there is no cell signal at the cabin and around the lake and the wifi internet is slow.

We loved staying at this cabin. The kitchen was very well stocked with pots, pans, appliances, etc. The view is beautiful and we loved having a garage.

We had an awesome stay! The house has stunning views, is super cozy and clean, and it’s really close to Panguitch Lake which was perfect for our fishing trip. The host was super responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. Definitely recommend, and we’d love to come back!

Awesome mountain cabin lots of room for kids. The best trout fishing in southern Utah everyone caught there limit. Would stay here again.

It was the perfect size for our family trip. The kitchen is large. Plenty of parking foe cars and UTV trailers. The welcome treat basket was a great surprise. There were a few minor maintenance issues. The host was very responsive and we felt at home. The soaps were provided for and plenty of kitchen dishes and supplies. The cross breeze was nice in the evening so we didn't miss not having AC. The towels were fluffy and soft. The garage was useful to store our bicycles, car, and UTV. The location was central to Bryce and Duck Creek, a lot of outdoor opportunities. We went to Navajo Lake, Bryce, and Mammoth Cave.

My family had a blast fishing, bbq and enjoying the view from the house. Would recommend to anyone want to enjoy Panguitch lake

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful cabin. Our large family had plenty of space to relax after long days of fishing on the lake. The view was absolutely stunning. It was very nice to have access to the garage for parking and the two separate driveways was perfect with two cars. There were tons of vhs tapes in the cabin but no vcr so they were more of a novelty to my kids who had never seen one. The cabin even impressed my grandpa (he refuses to stay anywhere but the little one room cabin he had used for at least 15-20 years) when he came over one evening for dinner! One word of warning, be sure to arrive before it gets dark! Some of our group got a late start and it was so dark by the time they made it to the lake that they couldn’t see the street signs and got a bit lost. Definitely not a fault of this cabin, simply a caution to future Panguitch visitors.

We are a group of 6 men who come to Panguich Lake every year for our annual high school buddies' fishing trip. This cabin was large enough to accommodate our group very comfortably. Check in was simple, cabin was clean and there were plenty of beds for everyone. It has a gorgeous view from the balcony and all windows. Management communicated often and our trip was leisurely. 5 stars across the board! The Boyz all agreed that we will be back!

Great place to stay! Not a great accessible driveway for trailers, boats, or anything that need to be hauled to the property. We made it work just make sure you have someone who can back a trailer. Cabin is amazing, clean, and seconds from the lake. great place to stay!

I was very satisfied with McKay and the cabin we stayed in. Very clean, very nice cabin in a beautiful area. McKay was always very responsive and helpful. I will stay at another of McKay's listings again in the future!

Logement avec une vue magnifique, grandes fenêtres donnant sur la nature et le lac, spacieux, mais manque clairement d'entretien. Le tout est vieillissant et mériterait une mise à jour, mais surtout le ménage laisse à désirer. Il vaut mieux également ne pas être frileux, les chambres du bas notamment sont très froides. Dommage car l'emplacement vaut le détour.

We absolutely loved this cabin. We celebrated our baby moon with another couple who is also expecting their first child + our four-legged friends, and we made tons of memories in our short weekend getaway. There was plenty of space for everyone to spread out. The cabin was very clean, however you could see there were some stains on the carpet throughout (expected for being an older cabin). The vibes of the cabin were perfect as we played board games, cooked family style meals, and enjoyed the BREATHTAKING views of the frozen Panguitch Lake. The cabin is full of massive windows that give you the best views throughout. There was plenty of kitchen utensils for us to use, and the dish soap/hand soap was the best thing I ever smelled. This cabin felt like home. We were so sad to leave. After our little one arrives, we will be making an annual family trip to this cabin 🙏

Very clean and nicely furnished and equipped. Beautiful if remote location. Outdoor space is large deck or, off the deck, rough terrain on a mountainside. Strong wifi and sat TV. In winter 4WD should be strongly recommended. House number should be on the property. A map from the highway should be provided. Echo others who said it's hard to find. It would have been nice if heat had been turned higher than 65 before our arrival. First night was very cold especially down stairs. More extra blankets would have been welcome. Would be a really super rental in summer months. In winter it's grand if you're prepared for cold and possibility of windy, snowy weather.

Was very hard to find during the night and the location given was inaccurate. Door code was wrong on the garage door and the front door was hidden on the deck which had the door with the correct code and required going through un shoveled snow. Amenities listed were inaccurate like having no coffee and very expired spices and food products. Place was clean and the view was nice.

The home had a great cabin feel, which is what we were looking for. Getting to the cabin was confusing because Gooogle wanted to take us on the north side of the mountain, in which we got stuck in snow and were going to start shoveling. Luckily a local was driving down the road and told us we should go another way. He helped us get unstuck from the snow and mud, then drove us to the street we needed to turn on. Other than that, the cabin had a lot of essentials for cooking which was awesome since we home cooked every night. We love the large windows in the cabin and open concept of the living area upstairs. The water got really hot, however the heater was not working. It was manageable though since the sun warmed up the house in the day. We didn't pull into the garage due to the mud (we didn't want to get stuck), but it was nice to have it accessible. It's a short walk to the lake. The area is very quiet with beautiful scenery. We would sit outside to play board games. We would rebook.

Stunning Mountain View’s of the area. Quiet and peaceful area. Lots of peaceful deer when you enter the lake area that are fun to watch. McKay is very responsive and accommodating if needed. Thanks for the stay during our wedding anniversary and for being able to see a new area of Utah
