Luxury Ski Condo with Hot Tub

Perfect place for us to stay while traveling for work. The house was comfortable and spacious and the hosts were excellent!

Great location close to Parowan and Cedar City for the Utah Summer Games. Within minutes of Cedar Breaks National Monument. Spacious condo with room for everyone. Fast response to a question I had. I highly recommend.

My family and I throughly enjoyed our stay. My boys love the community game room. I loved having our own washer and dryer in the unit. I would highly recommend picking up groceries before heading up to the mountain. Not a lot of options in the town stores and restaurants.

Perfect location and met our needs for our family skiing! Host was very responsive to a couple of inquiries - we were grateful! House was stocked well and was clean and accommodating! We will be back next ski season!

Ski in resort close to Giant Steps Lodge and restaurants. very spacious and pleasantly decorated. well stocked kitchen. more than ample bedding, including hideaway sleeping area in "closet". functional outdoor electric George Foreman grill. 3rd/top floor without appreciable noise. hot tub accessible without having to leave shelter of building. would return.

We stay at Giant Steps every March and this is our favorite unit we’ve stayed in. It’s updated and comfortable. Has plenty of space for a big family and can’t beat the ski in ski out. It’s even worth hauling up all our gear to the third floor. Definitely recommend

Before we checked in host was very communicative and always responded quickly when I messaged them. Keep in mind the condo is on the third floor with no elevator. Be prepared to climb some stairs. Location was perfect. Very close to everything! Home was exactly like the photos. Kitchen was well stocked. We felt right at home. The heater worked fine and our family of 10 was able to shower with hot water every night. Not the host’s fault but the elevation was hard on us, especially for one of our kids. Thankfully the general store was less than 5 mins away and we got what we needed. We hope to come back very soon!

WARNING: AVOID THIS PROPERTY – INCOMPETENT MANAGEMENT We stayed at this Airbnb and had a terrible experience due entirely to the management company’s incompetence and disregard for guests. The Bad: Sewer gas backed up into the master bathroom, making it unusable and spreading a terrible smell. We reported it and were assured maintenance would come. No one ever did. Instead, the management company told us to keep the bathroom sealed off as if that was a solution. Worse, they ignored the problem and sent a misleading request for a five-star review. When we refused, they deflected blame, claiming their cleaners “didn’t smell anything” after we left and that we had other bathrooms to use. We lost a bedroom and bathroom for most of our stay. Instead of fixing the problem, they offered a token $100 refund and refused to escalate the issue to a manager. Their response was dismissive. This management company does not care about guests. They prioritize profit and ignore serious problems.

Great location to walk to slopes. Unit was very well stocked with all the items we needed to cook. Very responsive host.

Everything was great for our families fall break/state mountain bike race.

The condo was beautiful inside! It has everything you will need. Be prepared to walk up a few flights of stairs with your stuff. The luggage lift did not work. The clubhouse is under construction at the moment so the sauna and spa are inaccessible. The surroundings are just incredible and you will thoroughly enjoy yourself.

The only minor recommendation would be for more available firewood as there was none left in any of the lock ups. omit the picture with the fooseball table as it is no longer there. Thank you for the wonderfull stay..

One of the best Brian Head places I’ve stayed in. Clean, spacious, comfortable. Do note it’s on the 4th level and no elevator (that I could locate, I wasn’t looking too hard tho)

Super clean, tidy, updated condo! Comfortable beds, bedding, pillows, & living space. Updated kitchen with plenty of dishes, utensils, cooking supplies. Cute personal touches and thoughtful extras like Kleenex in every room. Super quiet on the 3rd floor (but, be warned… that’s a lot of stairs done the complex has no elevator!) Tons of space & a quick walk (or snowboard ride) to Giant Steps lift. This place is PERFECT! We will definitely be back! McKay saved our family vacation by allowing us to reserve and check in on the same day so we could get out of a filthy, outdated condo in the same complex. He even let me go check it out first! It was night and day from the previous place! He was very helpful and kind and we appreciated the whole experience.

Beautiful place! My friends and I stayed for a snowboarding trip and this was a perfect ski in ski out house!! We enjoyed every bit of it.

We had a great stay and McKay was super responsive. Quicker to walk to great steps lift than drive, walk out and you’re there! Space was great and the loft is huge.

This place is gorgeous! Absolutely loved our stay. It’d be awesome to come back in the wintertime and I hope to get the chance to do soon. The place is very big and spacious and cozy. We had everything we needed and enjoyed a clean space for a quick family getaway. Thank you for having us!

Booked for a ladies' weekend, will try to provide feedback based on comments from all. First the good: This condo is in a good location, next to the ski hill, cozy with nice updates, fireplace would be nice in winter. Kitchen had ample dishes, pots and pans. We enjoyed the balcony, especially during a monsoon summer storm. We enjoyed the huge hot tub in the clubhouse. The layout is nice and we appreciated the number of beds. 3 full bathrooms is rare, we appreciated that as 7 adult women. Because we are adults our experience was different than a family's, which is obviously the target population. Beds were not comfortable, especially those in the loft. Some of the sheets and mattresses up there had stains. Overall, the place was not as clean as other reviews stated; this has been an issue with other rentals I have been to in BH, based on reviews I had hoped this would be different. Be aware that you will be climbing 4 flights of stairs and you may also be feeling the elevation.

Great place to stay for a mountain bike race as it was very close to the lifts/village. Updated kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to make meals (which was needed as there are only 2 restaurants in BH, pick up groceries before you get there and before small town at bottom/Padawan). Comfortable beds/linens, lots of space to hang out and 3 bathrooms made it easy for a group of 5. There was even laundry tabs/dryer sheets - nice touch. Having a hot tub and game room were great for evening fun, and a couple minute walk to lake/volleyball and pickle ball area for even more activities. No AC and it was warm weather (for a PNW person!), so being in a third floor unit made it a bit difficult to sleep at night for the condo upstairs/bunk area, even with the ceiling fan on (no windows up there to open and get a breeze), so McKay had 2 more large floor fans dropped off which made it much better, thank you! Good value and this place is a do over if back to BH.

The Condo worked out great! The place can sleep 2 families quite comfortably. The real fireplace is a great add after a long day on the slopes or hiking the trails nearby. Definitely would stay again!
