With 1500 sq ft of thoughtfully designed space. Ski Resorts: Deer Valley Resort: Approximately 15 min drive Park City Mountain Resort: About 22 min drive Sundance Mountain Resort: Around 25-30 min drive Recreational Areas: Jordanelle Reservoir: Roughly 15 min drive Deer Creek Reservoir: Approximately 20 min drive Living Area: Relax in the cozy living room with a 65" smart TV and an electric fireplace that doubles as a heater. Kitchen: Fully equipped with a Keurig and drip coffee maker, blender, crepe maker, and all the basics for your culinary needs. Garage: 2-car garage with an EV charging station, plus visitor parking available in various sections of the complex. A grill is also stored in the garage. Entertainment: Enjoy streaming your favorite shows on the 55" smart TV in the master bedroom. Parking: Ample parking space with a garage and pad, plus additional visitor parking spots throughout the complex. DO NOT PARK ON THE STREET (YOU WILL BE TOWED)

May 2025 5.00This was a wonderful place! The location was great. The condo was beautiful, clean, and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals and enjoy meals. The decor was simple and lovely. There were plenty of bed linens, blankets, and towels. We would love to stay here every time we visit Heber City! It was perfect for our family!
