February 2025 5.00Nice rental in park city - easy to jump on the bus to get to the mountains (less than 5 minutes total). Grocery store walking distance which was nice for picking up food for the weekend. Clean and lots of bedrooms. Would recommend!

January 2025 5.00Great place with tons of space. Well stocked and large kitchen. Indoor hot tub and 3.5 baths were super nice. There are no king beds even though listing says there are two. Beds were not the most comfortable but serviceable. Super responsive host. All in all a wonderful stay!

December 2024 2.00Positives: the condo is in a great location close to skiing, restaurants and shopping. Maintenance did come to the condo after our 2nd night and did fix the major safety issues (bunk beds, door not locking to outside) The issues we had were significant and are listed below. I also have pictures of each concern. 1. Unclean and Unsafe Kitchen - The oven was extremely dirty, and when turned on, it emitted smoke, making it unusable. This not only posed a fire hazard but also prevented us from using it for cooking. 2. Malfunctioning Hot Tub - The hot tub emitted a strong, unpleasant odor and did not heat properly. This rendered it unusable despite being advertised as an amenity. 3. Non-Functional TV - The television was completely non-functional throughout our stay, which was an inconvenience given that it was listed as part of the condo’s features. 4. Rodent Droppings in Bathroom - We discovered what appeared to be mouse or rat droppings under the bathroom sink. This raised serious sanitary and health concerns. 5. Unsafe Bunk Beds - The bunk beds were unstable and unsafe to use for the first two nights until they were finally fixed. This posed a risk of injury and made sleeping arrangements difficult causing our daughter to sleep on the floor for 2 out of 4 nights. 6. Inadequate Lighting in the Bathrooms - Only one out of four bathroom light bulbs was working, making the space dimly lit and inconvenient to use. 7. Security Issue -Unlocked Balcony Door - The bedroom balcony door did not lock properly, which was a security concern, especially in an area with easy access from the outside. 8. Lack of Privacy in the Bunk Room - The window blinds in the bunk bedroom did not function, leaving no privacy for guests staying in that room. We spent several hours trying to address these issues, contacting the property management and attempting to resolve the situation, which significantly impacted our stay.
