October 2024 5.00We really enjoyed our stay - the condo was exactly as described, and the kitchen was outstanding with new appliances and lots of dishes, pots, pans, Tupperware, etc. The beds were comfortable and the linens were high quality. We loved the decor - we definitely felt like we were in a mountain cabin. Parking in the garage was easy and convenient. Park City Mountain Village is right across the street, and Main St is a 20 minute walk or 5 min drive. Can’t wait to come back!

August 2024 3.00First time in Park City. Would come back. Probably not at this condo. We own 3 AirBnB’s and go over the top for renters. Positive: Good summer location. Good access to where we wanted to go Negative: Horrible instructions to get into the property. ….. also why leave the A/C on 84 degrees at the start, then make renter adjust the A/C every hour to keep it at 72… Just seemed really dark in the condo. Also I fixed the toilet in the main bath

Great location, plenty of space! bedrooms are separated and have en suites, living room has a pullout and separate 3rd bathroom. Gave all of us our own space which was perfect for our group. Incredible location...steps from Park City Lodge/Mountain, ski in/ski out. Also a nice walk into town to Main Street (1 mile, perfect for some exercise but not too far you have to drive). Close to shops, markets, etc....parking in garage was easy and convenient. Loved the fireplace! The unit itself could use some updates. It's an interior corner unit wrapping around the elevator shaft so it gets very little natural light. The lighting inside is dated and oddly configured. We had a hard time finding light switches and figuring out the right combination for comfortable and adequate lighting. The paint and decor are all very dark as well, which added to the darkness, lighter coat of paint, lighter furnishings/decor and updated lighting would really make this place feel brighter and bigger.
We really enjoyed our first stay in Park City in this condo. Would highly recommend and would certainly seek out again for future stays. The condo is a very short walk to the slopes, no more than 5 minutes and even closer to the bus stop. It was clean and well equipped and quiet. Great value for money.
