Here are our recommendations from December through the end of March, or whenever snow is present.: - 4WD Vehicles Required: These are best suited for navigating snowy and icy roads. - Snow Chains: Bringing snow chains is recommended, especially for added safety in severe conditions. - Check Weather & Road Conditions: Monitor forecasts and road updates before traveling. Use the UDOT app or website. We arrange for snow removal services to clear the driveway at properties where it’s required. However, please note that road access to the property is dependent on county snow removal services, which may experience delays during heavy snowfall.
