Summit Pines Hideaway - Amazing Mountain Views!

I was so impressed by this cabin!!! If you’re thinking about booking it, do it! It was so clean, spacious and the view was amazing. The kitchen is fully stocked, the bed was comfortable, the back deck is awesome. It was very quiet and peaceful. And the stars at night are crazy beautiful! I sat in the driveway with my dog and looked at them. The cabin is also very dog friendly. Bonus points for the food and water bowl :) I would love to come back here and stay again. 10/10!

Felt like rally being a guest in someone’s house not like typical Airbnb made for profit. It looked like somebody was away for the weekend and let us use the place for the time. Absolutely amazing and worth every penny :)

We were only here two nights but the quiet of the surrounding's made out stay very restful. The description was accurate, and the cabin well equipped. Host was quick to respond to questions. Stay again? Absolutely.

As described, the house is very cozy and well-furnished. It was very clean. We enjoyed the fireplace. We were traveling with our dog and were happy to find a place where we could walk around. Unfortunately, people in the neighborhood leave their dogs outside off-leash. Be careful with your dog as we met several large off-leash dogs and they were pretty territorial.

Horrible Holiday Weekend Positive: We had stayed here once before and had a lovely time. The location is beautiful, quiet, and serene. Negative: The property is listed with the fireplace being the central feature. As we were scheduled to stay during an avalanche winter storm, we understandably were eager to make use of the fireplace. However, the hosts neglected to leave kindling, matches/lighters, and other essential fire making materials. Upon reaching out to the hosts about this, we were told to drive into town (in the middle of a blizzard) to procure our own - they would later reimburse us. Disappointed, but with no other choice, we went about trying to resolve this on our own, only to then be told to not use the fireplace, as the previous guests had damaged it! Surely this is information that could have been shared with us prior to our traveling to this remote location, rather than after we’d already arrived. It felt very “we already have your money, whatever.” Attempts to remedy the situation were unsuccessful in any respect, as the hosts continually reiterated that they were there to help, but when we reached out for assistance, we were told to do it ourselves. We were told that they were taking extra precautions to make our stay comfortable, but when I asked them what these precautions entailed, I was told that they “typically provide the essentials to make our stay comfortable.” Unsure why our experience was so carelessly tended to, but rest assured we will not be visiting this location again. If one can’t rely on their hosts to even provide the basic essentials, why bother? What’s next? No toilet paper? No electricity? The heating system in the cabin is lackluster, to say the least. Obviously, with the fireplace situation, we attempted to make use to the cabin’s interior heat to ensure some level of comfort during our stay. However, the system takes forever to adjust! The hosts have the heat set to 60 degrees, which sure, a matter of preference. But after freezing our way up the mountain, 70-75 degrees was more what we needed, especially with no fireplace.

We had a lovely time living in this cabin for the last few weeks. It was a fantastic getaway in a beautiful, quiet area. The stars at night were incredible and the home was spacious and clean. Thank you!

Great place and the host was very responsive. It was perfect for our last minute trip. Kitchen is fully stocked with varying appliances and the fire place was amazing. We would definitely stay here again!

Great scenic place 40 minutes drive from Brian Head. New, clean and cozy house, which has everything you need. Definitely recommend it. Would be happy to stay here again.

We stayed here for a couple’s snowboarding trip to Brian’s head and it was absolutely perfect!

We had the pleasure of staying in this beautiful cabin over Christmas, and it truly exceeded our expectations. The cabin was even more spacious and inviting than the photos suggested. It was impeccably clean, with every detail thoughtfully attended to, making it feel like a home away from home. The layout was perfect for our family, offering plenty of room to spread out and relax. The living areas were cozy yet expansive, and the kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy to prepare our holiday meals. We especially loved the warmth and charm of the place—decorated tastefully for the season without feeling overdone. The setting was serene, adding to the overall experience of tranquility and escape. We could tell that the owners take great pride in maintaining the cabin. It's the perfect spot for a peaceful retreat or family gathering. We highly recommend this cabin and would love to return for another stay!

Positive: It was very well kept and had such amazing views! The location is very quiet and relaxing we really enjoyed it. Negative: Needed snow chains to make it all the way uphill.

This place was FANTASTIC!! If you are planning a trip to Duck Creek Village area (or Bryce Canyon, Zion, BrianHead) look no further for a place with exceptional amenities, beautiful views, and even friendly neighbors! The furnishings in this cabin are top-notch and everything that you may need is there. 4 of us (2 couples) stayed 2 nights and could not have found a better place for any price. Vistay made everything easy...complete guidebooks for the cabin and the surrounding area. We would 100% consider staying at this property again if going to the are. Thanks to the owners (and Vistay!) for a fabulous weekend get-away!

Absolutely charming place. The inside looked brand new. Having two choices of decks to sit on was awesome. 5 min drive to town for food if you want to eat out. Our pups loved this place!! We will return.

Perfect Cabin Perfect Location Positive: The cabin was very large, very comfortable and well stocked. At the very top of strawberry point are amazing views. The fishing in the pond is non stop action. I am rebooking for next August. Negative: I honestly can not complain about anything.

The cabin was wonderful! Very clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay there again if we didn’t have pets or children. Only issue we had was neighbors dog coming onto the property so we couldn’t let our dogs out at all. There was dog poop all over the property and his dog came onto the porch and peed on our shoes and rug. If you book this cabin don’t bring pets or children. We left a day early due to the issue!

The property was clean and well equipped. The back porch was awesome for hanging out and had a nice view of the forest. It was relatively easy to get to and from the property to do other activities in the area. Highly recommend this property and would stay there again.

We’re already planning our next trip there! Positive: Everything. It’s cozy, quiet, perfect weather in a beautiful location. The back porch views are breathtaking. Negative: Cleaning fee was a bit higher than expected.

Beautiful location, the patio overlooking the mountain and forest with the breeze was just gorgeous and relaxing. Kitchen was awesome with everything you needed. Dual master bedrooms were a great amenity too! Only glitch was the fridge would not get cold for the first 24 hrs, host was totally responsive and helpful, and all worked out. Had a beautiful stay in this cabin. Would definitely book it again !

What a beautiful place. The home was impeccable, charming and wonderfully peaceful. Everything we needed was provided and then some. Enjoyed the back porch with a spectacular view. Great Experience!
