The Lofts #8D - Ski-In/Out

We had a lovely stay in this condo. Nice kitchen, well equipped with all the basics as far as utensils, pans, and spices. We enjoyed both the main living area downstairs and the additional cozy tv nook upstairs. Modern bathrooms, one with a jetted tub. Plenty of towels and blankets. Laundry provided inside the unit. We particularly loved the bright, airy windows with views of the mountainside. Such a relaxing and comfortable retreat! The host responded to questions promptly and even kept us informed of the potential for a local power outage (which luckily didn't end up affecting the Brian Head area). Highly recommended.

We stayed at this location after the ski season, so it was relatively quiet. Overall, the place was acceptable, though I was surprised by the number of stairs leading to the unit, especially since there was no elevator. We opted for garage parking, but it was filled with stored items, and our SUV couldn't fit. The location and views were fantastic, but the property itself needed maintenance. Several light fixtures were out, and the garbage disposal was malfunctioning. Although we contacted the host, and they sent a handyman the next day, only the garbage disposal was fixed; the light bulbs were neither replaced nor checked. Additionally, the blinds in the downstairs bedroom fell when we tried to close them. The upstairs shelving unit for hot tub towels collapsed with barely any pressure. While the property has great potential, it requires better upkeep. On a positive note, the host was responsive.

The Lofts and this condo in particular are fantastic if you are in Brian Head to ski! Walking distance to Giant Steps (along with the few restaurants and little general store in the area), which was important because it allowed us to stop in at lunch to eat and check on our dog without too much missed skiing time. The Host was always responsive to our questions and the place was beautiful. The kitchen was modern and well stocked, which is important with so few nearby dining options. We planned to cook most of our meals and they really had everything we needed - from a dual Keurig/drip coffee pot, to cookie sheets. There were just 3 of us and a dog on our visit and we almost could have lived completely on the first floor so I could see how this would easily accommodate a larger group (would be fantastic for 2 couples with kids!). All in all we were totally satisfied with our stay at the Lofts!

It was amazing with plenty of room for my entire family, slightly disappointed hot tub was not working, but we loved everything else!

Amy & I had the best time!!!!! We even extended our stay!! We absolutely loved the condo! It is the perfect place to stay if you want to ski Brian Head! The Host was very responsive and helpful! We couldn’t have imagined a better vacation! Looking forward to coming back next winter!!

This place is awesome. You can see Giant Steps life and the entire black diamond run. The garage fit our rental Wagoneer no problem and place was clean, well organized and had everything we needed. Our future trips to Brian Head will definitely involve checking this listing first.

Communicative and responsive. Accommodating to requests. I had trouble opening the garage at first but they responded quickly to help me with the right code. Nice views, clean space, and super spacious. Great for families or larger groups.

We enjoyed our stay here for a beautiful last minute family vacation . Great view of the ski slopes and mountains . Plenty of room for our party of 8. Nice kitchen to cook and large living room to spend tome together. Thank you !

Perfect location for skiing at Brian head. The house was well stocked and clean. It looked exactly like the picture. We loved it and will gladly check it out again.

This place was perfect for our stay! Walkable to the slopes, restaurants and the general store. We loved the view from the living room and the beds were super comfy! Would highly recommend!

The place had the potential to be a five star rating if it had been clean. I value cleanliness. The bed linens were not clean, the bathtubs had not been scrubbed and a used condom wrapper was found in the closet under the extra blankets. The host was barely willing to do anything to make it right. I understand mistakes happen but I believe out of principle the host should compensate a reasonable amount based on the issue. Considering we had launder all the bed linens, scrub the tubs at a minimum our cleaning fee should have been waived and some additional discount for the inconvenience. The host was only will to waive 50% of the cleaning fee and I had to go through Airbnb to get additional refund to make it right.

We had an amazing stay! The accommodations were cozy and felt just like home, making our long-awaited ski trip even more enjoyable. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, and the hosts were incredibly welcoming. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable getaway!

perfect short getaway. Positive: close to slopes and airy living room with great views of Giant steps. Negative: it was fine for us but the steps would be a challenge if you have a disability.

Fabulous place, so close to the lifts and stores. Space was very cozy and kitchen was well equipped. Will be staying here again!

We had a great time here! Right across the street from Giant Steps, so very convenient to get on the slopes. There is a beautiful view from the wall of windows. However, there iis no elevator and you have to go up 2 levels of stairs, so it's best not to bring anything too heavy. Also, not the best for small children-there are multiple open sockets on the floor of the loft area. One of the upstairs couches is pretty close to the opening of the stairs, so we didn't let the kids play over there. We enjoyed hanging out on the big couch downstairs and playing some of the provided board games. Not sure if it's standard for the mountain area to have to take the trash to the dumpster, but it was required for this place.

Great location to the ski lifts/hiking trails and getting around Brian Head. The condo has beautiful view of the ski lifts and is a delight to watch the sun set slowly over the mountains from the main living room. Very friendly and accommodating host - I would recommend to others to stay here. Thank you for a great stay!

Had a great stay felt like home! Clean and comfy for my family. Bummed that the jacuzzi didn’t work but my kids made the best of it with the blow up one that was provided.

We will stay here again! We loved our view. How clean the loft was and great games to play. We were also welcomed with hot chocolate for the kids

Was easy to get in and out snowed all 4 days plows came by every day . Needs a few light bulbs but everything else was great .

Beautiful views

This condo was so beautiful! This was my fiancé’s first trip to Brian Head, and he had the best time and can’t wait to be back again. When we arrived we had a very small problem, but our host was so nice and helpful and made sure to call me ASAP and fix the problem immediately. We are super grateful for how helpful our host was and we absolutely loved the condo! It was more than enough space for myself, my fiancé, and our puppies, and it had a great view of the Giant Steps ski lifts/lodge. The condo was beautiful, and was very well stocked with dishes, pots/pans, and cutlery. We also loved that there wasn’t only one, but TWO hot tubs on the balconies. We definitely plan to use this host again for any of our future trips out to Utah!

This place was PERFECT! Such a beautiful living space to come back and relax in. Especially after a long day of snowboarding. You can even see the ski lift from the comfort of your own couch. STUNNING!!! The house itself was very clean, put together very well, & had everything you’ll need for a fun vacation/ trip. Ski lifts were walking distance as well. Literally across the street. Convenient. Definitely worth every penny! Don’t even hesitate. I’ll be back!!!!!!
