The Lofts #9D - Ski-In/Out

The place was great. A few things needed minor updating all were outside. We talked with Vistay about hot tub and they got right back to us and were very helpful. The hot tub was great.

The loft is beautiful and ideally located. Looks like on the pictures.

We had the best time in Brian Head. Our condo was clean, roomy and exactly as advertised. Vistay was extremely responsive and easily accessible. We will definitely come back and stay at this condo again next year.

We had wonderful stay at this location. Probably the most convenient location in Brian Head for intermediate/advanced skiers/boarders. Place was clean and exactly as described. Great views and responsive hosts. Would not hesitate to return.....thank you!

Beautiful place and great location, right infront of Brian Head Resort! However a lot of problems with the amenities. I had asked prior to booking if the hot tub was okay to use which they responded with a yes. When my family arrived it was completely unusable and they did not have instructions on how to use it. They weren’t as responsive when we would text so we were unable to communicate other problems such as the water for showers being cold and stained bedsheets in the king bedroom. It made things difficult during our stay.

The loft was perfect for our group of 8 and the views were awesome! It’s a very convenient location if you’re skiing/snowboarding as the lifts are right across the street. The restrooms had heated floors and shampoo, conditioner, body wash were provided! Our host was super responsive and helpful from check-in to check-out. We needed assistance getting the hot tub going and they even sent maintenance to help us out! Overall a great stay and would definitely recommend to friends moving forward. Thank you Vistay for a great weekend!

I stayed here with my family over Christmas Week. The views of the mountain, especially when it snowed, were immaculate! The location is perfect. Just a quick walk across the street to the ski slopes, pizza, coffee, and general store. The condo itself had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The hosts were very responsive to any questions we had and made our stay hassle free. Would definitely recommend and would stay again in the future.

The unit was well cared for and absolutely beautiful. The owners took care of any questions and issues we had promptly. 10/10 will be back.

I had an incredible stay at this Airbnb! The space was beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable visit. The location was perfect—close to local attractions but still quiet and peaceful. I highly recommend this place and can’t wait to return!

Pros- -Good location close to ski lifts for winter and summer fun. -Great views. -Spacious- our family of 7 was able to spread out and have plenty of space. -Hot tub Cons- -NO AC. When we arrived the home was 81 degrees. When I asked about the AC not working they said “we don’t have AC listed as an amenity”. My fault for assuming a condo would have AC. -Hot tub is tiny. It will fit 2-3 adults MAX or 4 kids max. -Big hole on the main floor exterior deck. -Master bath locks don’t work! -The neighborhood is a little run down. -Communication with the host was a little frustrating and unclear. It was an okay place to stay for the 2 nights we stayed but I probably wouldn’t stay again.

Pros: Location of the home is across from the lifts and beautiful views. Well stocked with blankets, pillows, towels (especially for larger parties,) and kitchen appliances. Both rooms, living and loft contain a tv. The home did have some items in the cabinets and pantry which came in handy. Cons: I paid for an early check in of 2pm. Upon arriving, a cleaner was still cleaning up the place and had to wait until 3. The host refunded the fee due to the inconvenience. I did come across a few issues such as trash under the bed, used tissue under the couch, my son and I latched the couch because it wasn’t connected correctly, stain on the comforter downstairs, stain on the carpet upstairs that’s yellow and fairly large, a dog bone on the upstairs couch, and there was also a dark stain on the couch as well. The deal breaker was the jacuzzi not working because my kids and I really looked forward to using it. Host assisted with instructions but after waiting all day,by10P water did not heat up

The location is gorgeous. The accommodations are big and comfortable. The host is responsive.

Nice place

We really enjoyed our stay here. Brian head is a great resort and it was nice having this condo right across the street from the giant steps chair lift. We drove from the condo to the lift, but you could walk if you wanted. Everything was clean and looked just like the pictures. We had access to everything we needed to make nice dinners. The beds are comfortable. There’s tons of space for people to sleep and hang out. We had a really nice time. We would definitely come back.

Beautiful place in a great location--Literally directly across the street from Giant Steps parking lot. Place was modern, well appointed and perfect for our family stay.

Our stay in Brian Head was great and that’s mostly because of this great Airbnb. Wonderful views, hot tub worked great, walk to the slopes was amazing and so convenient. 10/10 would recommend to anyone

The views were the highlight of this home. The proximity to giant steps is convenient. Large great room for family fun. Big loft area that the kids enjoyed. The hot tub did not work the entire time we were there, which was disappointing as it was the main reason we booked this place. McKay did the best he could sending out a technician who didn’t fix it. There are several codes you have to use to get into the place. One code would make things a bit smoother and easier to remember. Overall, the place was homey and fit our needs. We would recommend staying here (if you can confirm the hot tub is working 😉)

We loved staying at Loft 9D! We visited on a snowboarding trip for a few days with our two small dogs. The location is great- just walk over to the lifts, there is also a shuttle to other lifts and back home (ask for stop 10 ). The home is bright, GREAT VIEWS, clean and relaxing. BED WAS SO COMFORTABLE. Heated tile floors in the bathroom were AMAZING! Hot tub was very nice after a long day on the slopes. The host was 10/10, super responsive and easy to communicate with! We wanted to stay another night but the place was booked to no surprise! But he did have other spots in town which was great to know. There is a Garage, which is small BUT we managed to fit our Tundra inside (took off the tow hitch) Getting in and out was a breeze (and will be for most people), but please note if you aren’t a fan of steps or short uphill walks this spot isn’t for you. There’s a small incline up to ALL of the lofts, and inside you do climb two small flights of stairs to get to 9D. 10/10 stay!

McKays place was the perfect lodge for Brian Head! It was a quick 3 minute walk across the street and parking lot to the lift! The house was nice and clean! And the view of the giant steps run was our favorite part!
