April 2025 4.00Sold it as three private bedrooms. It was not that! Positive: Close to ski area. Negative: They advertised it as three bedrooms. It actually was one bedroom with two open lofts. The third floor loft was a ladder into an attic space. The second floor loft was two queen size beds in a space. Absolutely no privacy.

April 2025 5.00It was the perfect place for our family! It’s hard finding a place for a family of four with teens because the bunk beds that are in most rentals are usually too small. This place had huge beds and everyone was so comfortable. Host was very responsive.

February 2025 5.00We loved our stay at Timbernest! The condo had very comfortable beds, the place was clean, the kitchen was well stocked and loved all of the cookware, plates, and glasses. The bathrooms were clean, we had plenty of hot water and both were well stocked with plenty of towels, toilet paper, and soaps. The location was perfect and we loved having the garage parking spot. The host’s proactive information helped us get into the condo without any delays and our family of 5 was very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again! And we loved the décor! Great job at making us feel at home away from home!

January 2025 5.00I took my two sons and two grandsons to snowboard at Brian Head. The condo was very comfortable for the five of us, convenient to the slopes and fit our needs well. The kitchen was well equipped and the place was very clean. I really appreciated the in garage parking. And the two boys enjoyed their private top floor loft. Overall, a very good experience.

January 2025 5.00This condo is awesome! Super convenient location, close to the ski lift, and has all accommodations needed. The condo has a cozy feel with enough space to accommodate, the hot tub was perfect after a cold day in the snow. We will definitely come back to visit
